- Guide new clients through the account opening process
- Assist with KYC verification and funding procedures
- Provide a smooth and welcoming first-time experience with Today Markets
- Establish a strong, trust-based relationship with each client from day one
- Understand the client’s trading goals, experience level, and expectations
- Coordinate with the Trading Specialist to ensure clients receive platform training
- Provide basic walkthroughs of the client dashboard and account features
- Explain key processes like deposits, withdrawals, and account settings
- Offer guidance on accessing demo accounts and transitioning to live trading
- Serve as the main point of contact for non-technical client inquiries
- Proactively check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and answer questions
- Help resolve issues quickly by coordinating with internal teams (support, finance, compliance)
- Keep clients informed about promotions, platform updates, and educational events
- Monitor client activity to ensure they are fully engaged and supported
- Identify at-risk or inactive clients and re-engage them with tailored support
