We’re sorry to see you go, but if you’ve decided to close your Today Markets trading account, we’ve made the process simple and transparent. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your account and associated data in accordance with our data protection policy.
Sign in to your Today Markets account using your registered email address and password via the web platform or mobile app.
Once logged in, navigate to Settings → Account → Manage Account.
Here, you’ll find the option to view and manage your account details, preferences, and privacy settings.
Select Delete My Account and follow the on-screen instructions.
You may be asked to:
Confirm your identity for security reasons.
Settle any open trades or pending withdrawals before the request can be processed.
After confirmation, your deletion request will be submitted to our compliance team.
Once your request has been verified, you’ll receive a confirmation email stating that your account is scheduled for permanent deletion.
After deletion:
Your login credentials will no longer be active.
All personal data will be securely removed from our systems, except where retention is required by law or regulation.
