At Today Markets, the Client Trading Specialist is dedicated to educating and empowering our clients to become confident and capable traders.
This role focuses on delivering personalized training and ongoing support to help clients understand the fundamentals of online trading, including market analysis, order execution, risk management, and effective use of trading tools on platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5.
The Client Trading Specialist works closely with new and existing clients, tailoring guidance to their experience level and trading goals. By providing practical, real-time insights and answering in-depth questions, the specialist ensures each client gains the skills and knowledge needed to navigate the forex markets independently.
This role is essential in building client confidence, fostering long-term engagement, and promoting responsible and informed trading with Today Markets.
What The Client Trading Specialist Will Teach You
- How to log in and navigate the trading platform interface
- Opening, modifying, and closing trades (market and pending orders)
- Using stop-loss, take-profit, and trailing stop functions
- Understanding leverage, margin, and free margin
- Monitoring balance, equity, and margin levels
- Using charting tools and custom indicators
- How to set up and use technical analysis tools
- Installing and using Expert Advisors (EAs) or automated strategies (if applicable)
- Managing alerts, notifications, and terminal settings
- Understanding currency pairs, pips, and lot sizes
- How forex trading works (bid/ask, spreads, swaps, etc.)
- Introduction to market types: Forex, Commodities, Indices, Crypto (if offered)
- Basic trading strategies (trend-following, breakout, scalping, etc.)
- Introduction to technical vs. fundamental analysis
- Risk management principles (e.g., position sizing, risk/reward ratio)
