- Establish a strong, trust-based relationship with each client from day one

Platform Familiarization & Initial Training
- Coordinate with the Trading Specialist to ensure clients receive platform training
- Provide basic walkthroughs of the client dashboard and account features
- Explain key processes like deposits, withdrawals, and account settings
- Offer guidance on accessing demo accounts and transitioning to live trading
Ongoing Client Support & Engagement
- Serve as the main point of contact for non-technical client inquiries
- Proactively check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and answer questions
