Octalas Group Limited

Octalas Group Limited is the group company responsible for the ownership, management, technology, infrastructure, intellectual property and/or administrative support of certain Today Markets services, where applicable.

SERVICE PROVIDER

Relevant Today Markets Entity

The specific legal entity providing a particular financial, trading, investment, technology or other service will be identified in the relevant client agreement, account-opening documentation or service terms, where applicable.

The entity responsible for providing a particular service may differ depending on your country of residence, the service you use and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Understanding these Terms

“Today Markets” Refers to the Today Markets brand, website, trading platforms and related services.
“Octalas” Refers to Octalas Group Limited and its relevant group companies, where applicable.
“Client”, “You” or “Your” Refers to any person or entity accessing or using a Today Markets service.

TRADING SERVICES

Trading and leveraged products

You may lose money rapidly due to leverage. You should not trade with money that you cannot afford to lose.

The specific terms governing a trading account, financial instruments, margin requirements, fees, execution, order handling and other matters may be contained in separate client agreements and product-specific terms.

Leverage Risk Leverage can magnify both potential gains and losses.
Liquidity Risk Market conditions may affect the ability to execute or close positions.

FUNDING & PAYMENTS

Termination of access does not necessarily remove obligations that have already arisen or any legal or regulatory requirement to retain information or records.

LIABILITY

Our responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, we shall not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including market events, interruptions to third-party services, communication failures, cyber incidents or technology failures.

Ireland, UAE/Dubai, Cyprus, Mauritius, England & Wales The courts or competent dispute-resolution bodies of the applicable jurisdiction shall have jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.

Where a specific service is subject to a separate client agreement or mandatory regulatory requirements, the governing law and jurisdiction stated in that agreement may apply to the relevant service.

GENERAL

Additional provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

A failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These Terms, together with any applicable client agreement, product terms, policies and disclosures, form the agreement governing your use of the relevant Today Markets service.
