The Today Markets group structure

Today Markets services may be provided through different legal entities within the relevant corporate structure.

The specific terms governing a trading account, financial instruments, margin requirements, fees, execution, order handling and other matters may be contained in separate client agreements and product-specific terms.

Deposits, withdrawals and payments

Where applicable, you may fund an account using payment methods made available by Today Markets or its approved payment providers.

Payment processing may be subject to additional terms, conditions, verification requirements, processing times, fees and restrictions imposed by the relevant payment provider.

We may delay, reject or restrict a payment where required for security, fraud prevention, regulatory, financial crime prevention or other legitimate purposes.

You must only use payment methods and accounts that you are authorised to use.

Use of our website and platforms

You may use the Today Markets website, applications and platforms only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Introduce malicious software, code or other harmful material.
