How can I claim the Welcome Bonus?
To claim your bonus, log in to your Today Markets client portal, deposit $100 or more into your cTrader account and accept the applicable terms and conditions. The bonus will then be processed automatically and credited to your account.
When will the bonus be credited to my account?
Your bonus will generally be credited to your trading account within 30 minutes to 1 business day after your first qualifying deposit.
Can I use the bonus to cover trading losses?
No. The bonus cannot be used to cover trading losses. It appears in the credit field on the cTrader platform and cannot be used to offset losses in your account.
Can I withdraw the bonus funds?
No. The bonus is not realisable and cannot be withdrawn. The bonus may be removed if you withdraw or transfer funds, or if your own funds fall to 5% or less of your total equity.
How long is the bonus valid for?
There is no expiry date for the Welcome Bonus, provided that you continue to maintain the required account conditions.
